CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAS
MISSION: The purpose of the organization is to participate in the religious, charitable, and educational Apostolates of the Church. Catholic Daughters of the Americas engages in creative and spiritual programs which provide its members with the opportunity to develop their God-given talents in meaningful ways that positively influence the welfare of the church and all people throughout the world.
Catholic Daughters of the Americas strives to embrace to the principle of faith working through love in the promotion of justice, equality and the advancement of human rights and human dignity for all.We are dedicated to our patroness, the Blessed Mother.
Our motto is Unity & Charity.
Our CDA emblem, the Cross and Crown, symbolizes the reward promised to the faithful.
We stride to be spirit-filled women who loves Christ, His Church, our country and all humanity.
It is a special blessing to be a Catholic Daughter and we wish to share this with you.
Would you like to make a difference in the St. Francis community while engaging in fellowship and doing good works?We are Catholic women united in faith and charitable works-we’d love to have you join our St. Clare’s Vineyard court! Here’s what you need to know about us:
- We will pray together.
- We will choose our own charitable projects.
- There will be volunteer opportunities within the St. Francis community and our local and state areas.
- We create our own fundraisers.
- We meet nine time per year.
- Annual Membership dues are $40.
Meet and Greet with Q&A meeting on Saturday, March 22 at 10 AM in the Parish Hall.
To be a Charter Member you must join before May 3. St. Clare’s Vineyard Court institution is Saturday, May 3, following the 5:00 PM Mass. Potluck and social.
