Service of Light
November 5 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
During November, Catholics remember their deceased loved ones in a special way. Our parish celebrates a Service of Light on Monday, November 5 at 7pm in the Church to remember those who died during the past year, specifically since November 2017. At this liturgy, the names of those who have died in the past year will be read and family members or loved ones are invited to bring forward a candle in remembrance. If you cannot attend, we will remember your deceased loved one and a candle will be brought forward on your behalf. There will be a reception immediately following the service. To submit a name for inclusion in the Service of Light, please call the parish office. You can submit it as many times as necessary.
Book of Remembrance: During the month of November, Catholics remember their deceased loved ones in a special way. The Book of Remembrance is a place where individuals can write in names of all the loved ones they would like to remember no matter when they passed away. The book will be on a podium in the church by the baptismal font from Oct. 31 (vigil of All Saints) to Nov. 30. Feel free to enter names before or after mass or during the week at anytime so we can remember your loved ones during this month.
For questions or concerns, please contact the parish office.
