Women’s Welcome (CRHP 2.0) Retreat
Saturday & Sunday | February 9-10
Save the date for the upcoming Women’s Welcome (CRHP 2.0) Retreat, set for Saturday & Sunday, February 9-10, 2019! All ladies are welcome!
What is the Welcome (CRHP 2.0) Retreat?
Part of the New Evangelization! Christ Renews His Parish (CRHP) has been at St. Francis of Assisi for many years, and this spring we are re-launching our CRHP program utilizing a new program from Dynamic Catholic, called Welcome (CRHP 2.0). The experience begins with a weekend retreat for either men or women and provides the time, quiet and sacraments for an encounter with Our Lord. It is an opportunity first, to get to spend time with Him and allow Him to work in your life and second, to make lasting friends with others in the St. Francis community.
How much does it cost?
There is no charge to attend the retreat because we think it should be available to everyone who wants to attend. Fellow parishioners volunteer their time, resources, food and prayer to make this an awesome experience for all who sign-up.
What can I expect if I attend a Welcome (CRHP 2.0) Retreat?
The weekend begins around 8:30 am on Saturday and finishes on Sunday afternoon. All your meals will be provided. Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. You can expect an amazing weekend of immersion in scripture, the sacraments, adoration, testimony and fellowship with parishioners and the Holy Spirit!
What should I bring?
All you will need is gear to spend the night—air mattress, sleeping bag or blankets, clothes for Sunday and toiletries. Everything else will be provided. Don’t bring cell phones, watches, iPads, or anything else that will distract you from the love of Our Lord. An emergency number is available for calls in or out, if needed.
When is the next retreat?
Go deeper into your faith as we gear up for Lent! The next retreat is for ladies on February 9-10, 2019. It will be held in the Family Life Center. Put it on your calendar!
